We advise the people who own a decision, and we put our record where they can check it.
Aegean Intelligence Group is an open-source intelligence consultancy run by its two founders. Clients bring a live decision that carries real exposure: a principal's or an organisation's security, a market or a counterparty before capital commits, a contract worth pursuing or not, a threat picture that no single function owns whole. The founders build the evidence from lawful public sources to a published standard, state their judgment with a confidence they can be held to, and lock the forward claims the work makes so the client can score them later. The research on this site shows how they think. The Scorecard shows how often they are right.
Zacharias
Zacharias is the author of record for everything the firm publishes: every assessment on the register and the monthly Letter, each judgment tagged with its confidence and its sources, every forward claim locked on the Scorecard with its outcome. He wrote AEGEAN-OS, the operating standard every engagement runs to, and built BRIER, the instrument that scores it.
A client's engagement is researched, argued and confidence-tagged to the same standard as the published work, and the same instrument keeps the client's record.
Dimitrius
Dimitrius is a former high-net-worth security specialist with an extensive background in defense, tactical planning, and principal and entity risk: the discipline of reading a person's or an organisation's exposure whole, deciding what to do about it before the event, and seeing that it gets done. The firm's principal and entity risk work is built on that discipline.
He runs the firm's operations across Aegean Intelligence Group and the work that sits under it. Client acceptance, the pricing of an engagement and any contract carry both founders' names.
Four kinds of work, each pointed at a decision the client already owns. Every engagement is fixed in scope, cited to tiered public sources, confidence-tagged, and passes a written acceptance gate before any work begins.
One principal. One exposure picture. One accountable function.
A person's, a family's or an organisation's exposure read as one document: the physical footprint, the digital footprint and the counterparty surface. Many advisers each see part of the risk; we own the whole picture, give every finding an owner and a status, and do not close the ledger until the actions are closed.
We hold one relationship per principal, with no competing mandate and no exception by fee. Collection is lawful public information only, kept to the minimum necessary.

See the whole threat. Decide before options close.
The external threat picture around the people, sites, operations, suppliers and counterparties that matter, read across five domains rather than left in the gaps between security, legal, procurement and IT. We identify material changes, say what they mean, and define who must act, by when, against which threshold.
This is broader than cyber threat intelligence. We do not run cyber defence, technical incident response or protective operations; we inform the people who do.

One market. One integrated read. One decision you can defend.
A whole market pulled into one picture and pointed at the call you are about to make: demand, the competitive field, capital and ownership, the regulatory trajectory, and the structure the market runs on. A counterparty, a partner or a transaction is read from the public record before signature.
We take no commission on any deal and render no valuation, no appraisal and no investment recommendation, so the read is straight and it says plainly where the evidence stops.

Win the work you should pursue. Walk away from the work you should not.
Whether a contract is worth chasing, decided on evidence before the money is spent: who will really bid, what the buyer actually funds and rewards, how a teaming partner or an acquisition target exposes you, and whether the work is winnable enough to justify the cost of pursuing it.
We take one side per pursuit, never handle source-selection information, and have no stake in your bid: we will tell you to walk away. We inform the decision; you write the proposal.

Every engagement starts small and paid, and nothing escalates on its own. A client who commissions the diagnostic and stops has a complete product. Each step is commissioned on its own merits.
The Judgment Audit.
For a client who wants the record before the engagement, the founders stand up an instance on the client's recent decisions, the last twelve months or the last N decisions of one type, lock what the record supports, resolve what has resolved, and hand back a scored record. It is consulting on the invoice and an installed BRIER instance on the ground. The retainer is the instance staying on, with the founders in the gate.
The first conversation is free and takes thirty minutes: where your environment creates decision pressure, and which engagement fits, if any. Each engagement is priced in conversation by both founders; the Judgment Audit is fixed per audit and quoted per instance per year thereafter.
The standards that make the read worth acting on. Every engagement runs on AEGEAN-OS, the firm's published operating standard, applied the same way on every product.
The firm is not a tax representative, a law firm, an appraiser, a broker, or an investment adviser, and it says so and stops where a licensed professional is needed.
Write to the founders here, or to either founder directly at the address under his name. Say what the decision is, who owns it, and when it is due. A reply comes from one of the two people named above, not from a queue.
The first conversation is free and takes thirty minutes. It ends with a plain view of where your environment creates decision pressure and which engagement fits, if any.
