## What it is

One row per collection day: the size of the U.S. Treasury Specially Designated Nationals list, the net change since the previous snapshot, the count of entries new since that snapshot, and those new entries tallied by sanctions programme.

## Source and tier

U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control, SDN list export. Tier T1 on the firm's source tier policy (T1 government and regulatory, T2 institutional, T3 reputable media, T4 structured data).

## Cadence

Daily, from the first collector run after 8 September 2026. Nothing is backfilled.

## Fields

| `date` | ISO date of the snapshot. |
| `total_sdn` | Entries on the list that day. |
| `net_change` | Total minus the previous snapshot's total; blank on the first row. |
| `new_entries` | Entries present that day and absent from the previous snapshot. |
| `new_by_program_json` | JSON object of new-entry counts by programme string as OFAC writes it. |

## Caveats

Deltas are between the firm's own snapshots, so a gap of several days between runs rolls several days of change into one row. Programme strings are OFAC's, including bracketed multi-programme labels.
